Belinda joined RBC Brewin Dolphin Cardiff in 2016, supporting the personalised wealth planning business to help clients prepare and invest for their future. Today, Belinda is responsible for identifying and building mutually beneficial, long-term relationships across Wales and the South West.
An Assistant Director, Belinda began her professional service career in the legal sector in Cardiff, before moving to London to join Davies Arnold Cooper in 1995, moving to an executive support role at Allen & Overy in 1997. In 2008 she became Project Support Manager & Executive Officer at Geldards before moving to RBC Brewin Dolphin. Belinda is a qualified Agile Project Manager and has a Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management from the ILM.
Outside of RBC Brewin Dolphin she is passionate about supporting the arts and Women in Leadership, as a member of the CBI Women in Leadership network.

Carolyn Brownell

Carolyn Brownell is a dynamic leader dedicated to enhancing Cardiff’s business, cultural, and community landscape. Alongside her role as the Executive Director at FOR Cardiff, Carolyn is actively involved in volunteer work that makes a tangible impact.
She serves as Chair of the Women’s Safety Network, Vice Chair of ATCM Wales, and a member of The BID Foundation Leadership Council. Additionally, she is a National Ambassador for the Ask Angela campaign, a member of the Community Safety Partnership Board, and Chair of the Cardiff Business Events Partnership.

Claudette Doherty

Claudette, also known as #JokeShopLady, runs Cardiff’s Joke Shop with her brother Claude. Together, they’ve turned this award-winning, family-run business into a beloved part of the city’s community.
Claudette’s global experience—living in Dubai, Japan, and Hong Kong—brings a unique flair to her leadership. A former qualified chef, her culinary expertise helped the business expand into opening a coffee shop, adding yet another dimension to their offering.
Beyond the shop, Claudette is passionate about supporting local charities, consistently giving back to the community that has supported her. Her dedication and creativity are at the heart of everything she does.

Douglas Haig

Douglas Haig has been the Managing Director of Seraph Group since 2009, overseeing Seraph Property Management, James Douglas, Clockwork, and My Student Living along with other recent investments.
Having lived in Wales for 24 years with a background in Astrophysics from Cardiff University, he shifted to property management in 2007 after becoming frustrated with poor services. Douglas became an active figure in the community, serving as Chair of the Cardiff Landlord Forum and later joining the Residential Landlords Association (now NRLA) board in 2011.
A strong advocate for landlords’ interests, he speaks publicly and appears in the media on issues regarding PRS regulation, investment, and standards in the sector.
